Step 1: Once a Pro sends an Email Invite to their customers to access Customer Portal, customers receive an email which includes the link to install Customer Portal App.

 

Step 2: Clicking the link navigates to the Welcome page where customer can either click Dashboard directly or click on Install App to access the portal on single click everytime.

 

Step 3: Clicking on Install App opens Install app pop up. Click Install.

 

Step 4: The app will be installed and the app icon appears on Mobile device.

Note for iPhone users: When a customer clicks “install”,  it will navigate to “Add to Home Screen”. Tap “Add to home screen”.

 

Step 5: Click on app icon. It opens the Dashboard of Customer Portal app. Where Customer can perform various operations like:

  • View Appointments
  •  View and Accept Estimates
  • View and Pay Invoices
  • Book Deals
  • Request Service
  • View Files Vault
  • Call or chat with PRO and so on…
